Guiding Lawful Permanent Residents to Full Citizenship

Naturalization is the process by which a lawful permanent resident becomes a U.S. citizen. It is one of the most significant legal milestones an immigrant can reach — conveying the full rights of citizenship, including the right to vote, hold public office, obtain a U.S. passport, and sponsor close family members as immediate relatives.

Most permanent residents are eligible to apply after five years of continuous residence as a green card holder. Those married to and living with a U.S. citizen may apply after three years. Other exceptions exist for certain military service members, refugees, and asylees. Kamkhadze PA reviews each client's eligibility carefully before filing, ensuring that the application is submitted at the right time with the strongest possible record.

The naturalization process includes a civics and English language test, a review of the applicant's good moral character, and a USCIS interview. Ana Kamkhadze prepares each client for this interview thoroughly, addressing any complexities in travel history, absences from the U.S., prior criminal matters, or tax compliance issues that may require explanation.
